I am a senior UX designer based in Charlotte, NC. I enjoy created user centric experiences for complex problems. I have worked in ed-tech for 3.5 years.

Previously I have worked as a quality analyst in bio manufacturing and in the fin-tech industry as a retirement specialist. I also have a Biology degree. My experiences have shaped how I solve problems by approaching it from various perspectives, appreciating the technical process but also thinking about customer centered solutions and successful business outcomes.

How did I find UX? I have always been a creative problem solver, and I wanted to use my creativity in my everyday life. I did some research and UX kept showing up. I started my course and I have loved it ever since.

In my free time, I enjoy DIY projects at home, traveling and new experiences and adventures with my newish husband. I hope to experience living in another country one day soon.
